Design Charrette

Initiated through a competition, inviting the private sector to collaborate on the project, the selected real estate developer, had the opportunity to partner with the other project entities, and benefit from a design charrette with the project experts.

The best PCS options for the developer have been evaluated, and most promising options have been selected and integrated. 

Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV)​

This on-site measurement brings measured performance and as such figures for energy saving, avoided GHG emissions, and return on investment (RoI) of recommended strategies.​
